Spaghetti Bogonese

Method

Heat Oil in Saucepan, Toss in the minced beef, onion and garlic and saute until well browned.

Spoon in the tomato paste, add the rest of the ingredients except the spaghetti and cheese. Place the lid on the saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile boil the spaghetti until its 'al dente' amd drain.

Serve with generous helpings of sauce of the spaghetti, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Acompany with a salad and crusty bread.
