Cut chicken into thin strips. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken, cook for about 5 minutes, or until chicken is browned and cooked through. Add pepperoni, sliced peppers and peppercorns, stir over heat for a further 5 minutes. Stir in wine, cream and blended flour and water, stir over heat until sauce boils and thickens.
Boil pasta in water for about 7 minutes, or until tender, serve with sauce.
