Method

Chop oinion & bacon and fry in frypan for a few minutes until onion starts to go clear, add mince and cook until it loses its redness, add chopped capsicum and tomatoes, stir in then add oregano, basil tomato sauce & wine stir for a moment, reduce heat to a high simmer, cover and cook for 20 - 30 minutes stiring ocasionaly. Boil water & cook pasta for 12 - 13 minutes, drain pasta, mix pasta with sauce and serve.
