This is one of those things that happens when you start with a traditional recipe, have a few glasses of your favourite Red Wine before starting to actualy cook anything and hey presto you create something new.
The starting point was a recipe for Individual Beef Wellingtons BTW.
Lay out pastry on a baking sheet, place some cheese in the middle of the pastry, covering approximately the area of the steak, cook the bacon in a frying pan and when it is cooked place it on top of the cheese, seal both sides of the steak in the frying pan, add the onion (cut into rings or chopped) and the mushrooms and cook briefly, add red wine to the pan and cook for a few minutes. Put the steak, mushrooms and oinions on top of the bacon and cheese, spinkle with Basil, Oregano & Tabasco sauce. Fold 3 of the corners of the pastry into the middle, seal the edges forming a parcel with one open side, pour the remaining red wine into the parcel and seal the last side, bake at 200°C for 25 - 30 minutes.
