Heat oil and butter in pan, stir fry prawns until just pink, remove prawns from pan and set aside. Add oinion, bacon, garlic and chilli to the pan, cook gently until onions are soft, add tomatoes and simmer for 30 minutes, add the prawns and warm through. Season, add paprika and sugar.
Serve with rice or noodles, garnish with parsley.
Add 1-2 tsp mild curry powder with oinion and garlic, stir in a Tbs cream or sour cream or yoghourt to the finish.
